Week 1–3
Foundation Phase
Focus: pain reduction and gentle mobility. Physiotherapy 2×/week + hydrotherapy.
Week 4–6
Rebuild Phase
Increased mobility training, introduced massage. Pain reduced significantly.
Now — Week 7
Strengthening Phase
Active rehabilitation. Full range of motion exercises. Pain score now 3/10.
Week 10–12
Return to Function
Final phase focused on independence, home exercise plan, discharge preparation.
